Title Math is much like it has
been in past years with a few exceptions. One of which is the
addition of the inclusion method. Rather than pulling some students
out of the classroom, we are going into the classrooms and helping
students with their math skills. This seems to cut down on
disruptions and follows right along with class work and assignments.
We are still pulling students from the second through fourth grades
to work with them in small groups. This will help us to work more
closely with them and help them learn the basic skills necessary for a
successful math experience in the classroom.
We have also added additional time during the last hour of the day
to help students in a one-on-one situation. Those students who may
have struggled with a particular concept on that day are allowed to
come to the Title room for additional support.
